Anne Liret is currently Principal Researcher in Operational Transformation and Artificial Intelligence in BTF. Her research, for more than 21 years, includes problem modelling and solving using AI, especially Fuzzy Logic, Machine Learning, CBR, data analytics and Heuristic-based recommender systems. She has been leading multiple projects applying AI to interactive user-aware operational planning, Elective Vehicle deployment in field services and network anomaly detection. Her current research focuses on explanation discovery, note intent mining and context-aware self-adaptive models for real-time diagnosis. She has a PhD in AI and formal computation, and a strong experience in applying AI to transform telecommunications services operations. She co-chaired a workshop at FUZZ IEEE 2017 on AI in Computer-Supported Collaborative Work. She has supervised 6 theses, co-authored 7 patents and 100+ papers.
