NICE: An Algorithm for Nearest Instance Counterfactual Explanations

NICE is a new algorithm to generate counterfactual explanations for heterogeneous tabular data. It exploits information from a nearest instance to speed up the search process. allowing speed and generalisation improvement (being able to handle any classification model).
